Business Advisor at Telenor Business in Cyprus
About the role:
As a Business Advisor at Telenor, you will assist their business customers primarily through incoming calls from existing clients. As part of our team, you are the face of the company and represent Telenor's products and brand. You are responsible for independently coaching the customer and doing your utmost to solve their problems. This is to create added value and fantastic experiences for the customers.
In this role, you will primarily work with warm sales of existing customers, which means you have a great opportunity to influence your salary as we apply a fixed base salary with an accompanying commission model.
Daily tasks include:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding e.g., subscriptions, products, invoices, and troubleshooting.
- Provide customers with high-quality service and support our customers as they use digital solutions.
- Strive to achieve your daily goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
- Administer customer-related matters.

Requirements:
- Completed high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Good skills in searching for and absorbing information via computer, as well as experience working in Windows and MS Office.
- You have good knowledge of smartphones and can easily navigate digital solutions.
- You can work during our opening hours on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00.
- You can relocate to Cyprus in February 2025.
