Job Responsibilities

As a substitute, you will provide care, support, and service to users who have been granted assistance under the Social Services Act and perform tasks under the Health and Medical Services Act. You will collaborate with other professionals to support and help users achieve a dignified life and well-being based on the user's own conditions.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. As part of the recruitment process, we will conduct a language and comprehension test to maintain the recommendations set by the National Board of Health and Welfare for work in elderly care. • You should be able to handle a mobile phone and computer.

We prioritize applicants with an approved or ongoing education equivalent to the nursing program (nurse assistant) or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.

Previous experience in healthcare is an advantage.
