The Role of Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and Support Staff with Us

In Kungsbacka, we want everyone to live life to the fullest, and for us in home care, this means providing care and support to each care recipient based on approved needs and the individual's care plan, with attentiveness and great commitment. This means we have a strong focus on those we are here for while working together and being close to each other.

As care staff with us, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. It is a free and varied job where you are part of a professional workgroup. No two days are alike, and the work is stimulating and never boring. We work with digital systems, in the form of signing lists, work planning, and documentation, which employees access via work mobile phones.

Your work schedule will include both day and evening shifts as well as shifts every other weekend.

Your Profile

You are a person who enjoys working with people. You contribute to the experience of safety through a reliable and professional approach. You are comfortable handling technical solutions in your daily work and have the ability to create participation in everyday life for those we are here for. As a person, you thrive in working independently and can adapt to changing circumstances while seeing opportunities in everyday life. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are at least 18 years old
• hold a B driver's license
• express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of care assistant is a protected professional title.
