Your Responsibilities and Profile

We at Insitepart are now looking for a service-oriented employee for DHL's Service Point in Västberga. In this role, you will primarily meet customers who are picking up or dropping off packages, which involves a lot of customer contact. The tasks also include some administrative work related to the receipt and delivery of goods.

In addition to customer work, you also need to have experience in operating forklifts, both counterbalance forklifts and stackers, as parts of the job involve handling and moving goods.

We are looking for someone who has a professional and pleasant demeanor, is meticulous in their work, and can handle both a fast pace and varied tasks. Previous experience in customer service and administration is highly meritorious.

The position is scheduled Monday to Friday, with working hours primarily between 06:00–10:00 or 06:00–12:00. Must be able to work at least 2-3 nights a week.

Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old
You are a full-time student (100%) or have another form of employment of at least 50%.
Must be able to work at least 2-3 nights a week
Working hours vary between 06:00–14:00
Forklift license A + B
Experience with counterbalance forklifts and stackers
Previous experience in customer service is meritorious
Administrative experience is meritorious
You will be employed as a consultant at Insitepart and work at our client's location in Västberga
