We are looking for you, a care assistant/nursing assistant, who wants to work in home care in Vansbro Municipality. The job involves varying working hours, day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends.

• provide care, support, and personal care based on assessed needs
• work preventively in performing daily tasks
• document in the operational system

You must have:

• care assistant training or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent
• good telephone and computer skills
• a valid driver's license (B)
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• knowledge and experience in documentation
• knowledge and experience of working according to a time-controlled planning
• experience working in healthcare with similar assignments.
