We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible licensed nurse to join our care and rehabilitation team in Älvdalen Municipality.

This is what you will work with

• Standard nursing tasks within home care and special housing.
• Collaborate with relatives, case managers, doctors, managers, rehabilitation staff, and care staff.
• General and specialized palliative care.
• Medical interventions, both simpler and more advanced.
• Delegation/training for care staff.
• Supervision of nursing students.
• Follow and evaluate planned interventions.
• Document in the operational systems LifeCare and Cosmic.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in elderly care or other relevant further education. You must hold a B driver's license.

To thrive in this role, you are a confident and independent person with a good ability to make decisions and work structured in an environment where conditions can sometimes change rapidly. You are flexible, resilient to stress, and can easily adapt even in pressured situations, while being able to prioritize and plan your work effectively.

You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team with nursing assistants, care aides, and other professionals. You are loyal to your mission, actively contribute to a positive work environment, and take responsibility for the development of the organization.

In your interactions with patients, you always work with respect, commitment, and a professional approach, where the individual’s needs and integrity are in focus.
