At the health center, doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and the behavioral health team work together. We have specialist clinics for diabetes, wounds, incontinence, and more. Our working method is teamwork with rounds, which means that nurses and doctors meet daily to collaborate, plan, and address the work around the patient. Our facilities also include a family center with child health nurses, midwives, and open preschool. We have a close collaboration with the Grycksbo health center.

District Nurse/Nurse at Britsarvet Health Center, temporary position

As a district nurse/nurse in primary care, you will meet children and the elderly, all with different needs to varying degrees. The main tasks include standard nursing work such as telephone advice/bookings, as well as reception work for both scheduled and acute patients. You will work independently to assess and treat patients and in collaboration with doctors and nursing assistants. The position involves daytime work.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Experience as a nurse

Meritorious

• District nurse education
• Experience from primary care or other reception work

Personal qualities:

You need to be easy to collaborate with but also able to take responsibility. It is important that your personality contributes to our positive work environment. You are service-oriented and can provide that "little extra" to the patients you meet. The workload can vary, which requires flexibility and a structured approach. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.

This position requires you to have a valid license for the relevant profession. Your professional license will be checked against the National Board of Health and Welfare's register of licensed health and medical care personnel (HOSP) before any job offer.
