We are looking for a Service Technician for our client

Role Description

The position primarily involves repair and preventive maintenance of our machines both at the service center and potentially in the field. The role also includes support to our customers during, for example, machine deliveries. As part of our service team, you represent the company - working alongside both aftermarket personnel and our sales representatives to provide our customers with the best possible support and create new business opportunities.

1. Repair and service of machines
2. Support to customers in Sweden, Swedish partners, and Husqvarna service centers in Sweden.
3. Handling of Swedish complaints and warranty cases
4. Training of customers and partners in Sweden, foreign partners may occur
5. Inventory management of local spare parts/sales inventory at the service center.

Requirements

Technical knowledge: Understanding of the products and systems to be serviced and repaired.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-driven: Be a team player with the ability to work independently and handle complex technical issues.
Forklift and overhead crane license
