Nordisk Inredningslogistik AB is a family-oriented and unpretentious logistics company located in Spånga, Stockholm. The company was founded to provide a fast and flexible solution for lifestyle stores and interior design companies working with premium design in furniture and lighting.
With around 15 employees and low staff turnover, the team consists of experienced specialists in logistics, assembly, service, and merchandising. At Nordisk Inredningslogistik, there are opportunities to grow and develop with the company.
Nordisk Inredningslogistik handles daily intake and outtake of goods, warehousing, bookings, and overall coordination. The work is done in close and continuous collaboration with recurring corporate clients. They offer complete solutions that include storage, distribution, and assembly of furniture at the end customer.
The company, active since 2008, is characterized by strong community and clear development opportunities where everyone works operationally and contributes to the whole.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role includes actively participating in the planning of projects, deliveries, and installation work in close collaboration with other team leaders. You are responsible for receiving incoming deliveries, conducting order picking and outgoing deliveries, and ensuring correct scanning, labeling, and storage placement of products.
A central part of the job is to lead and coordinate a team of 3–10 people during customer assignments, where you together perform installations and assembly on-site. The work is operational but also physical, and during customer assignments, you always work in pairs. You act as a stable leader on-site, distribute tasks, and ensure that the work is carried out in a structured manner and with high quality.
You are also responsible for compiling completed work for invoicing, planning upcoming assignments and runs, and reporting deviations to the transport manager and customer. The role requires structure, accountability, and the ability to keep the whole together in both daily operational work and larger projects.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a self-driven and professional person with experience from warehouse, logistics, or installation environments, preferably with a background as a team leader or supervisor. You are handy, confident in assembly, and appreciate an unpretentious work culture where everyone contributes operationally. The role requires strong social skills and a confident, professional manner to represent the company since you are often the one who meets the customer both first and last, making you central to the entire customer experience. You have a good ability to create structure, take responsibility for completing work, and work solution-oriented even in intensive periods. Patience, stable judgment, and good values are important qualities, as well as being clear, trustworthy, and able to stand firm in pressured situations.
We are looking for someone who:
You are practical and handy, with experience in assembly and physical work.
You are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
An unpretentious team player with good values.
You have good knowledge of the Office suite and basic knowledge of Excel.
You have experience in warehousing, logistics, or installation work, preferably in a supervisory or team-leading role.
You have good driving experience and preferably experience driving B-class light trucks.
Forklift license for counterbalance and pallet stacker (A & B) is a merit.
Requirements for the position:
B driver's license.
Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, merit if you can speak Danish.
The position also requires you to be traveling approximately 2 days/quarter.
About the position:
Employment: Consulting assignment with a very good opportunity for takeover by the client.
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
Scope: 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility. You should be prepared for varying shifts as needed, for example, 06:00–15:00 or 09:00–18:00.
Location: Spånga, Stockholm.
