Team Leader for Transport & Logistics Company – Spånga (Full-time)

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and planning of furniture deliveries. You will ensure that the right personnel are in place, plan schedules, calculate jobs, and maintain ongoing contact with both customers and employees. You are the spider in the web, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate daily work
• Schedule and book personnel
• Calculate and quote jobs
• Ensure efficient operations and high service levels
• Follow up on deliveries and manage any deviations

📍 Location: Spånga

⏰ Working hours: 07:00–16:00

📌 Scope: Full-time

📅 Start: As agreed / Immediately

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leadership, operations, or transport planning
• Has experience from the transport, logistics, or moving industry
• Is structured and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact
• Has good administrative skills and planning experience
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

You are a natural leader who is confident in making decisions while being unpretentious and willing to pitch in where needed.
