We are now looking for an engaged Expediter for our client in central Stockholm. Here you will have a dynamic role where no day is the same. You will work with everything from logistics and administration to practical janitorial tasks. The role involves collaboration with colleagues from other sites around the country, but in your daily work, primarily with the team at the Stockholm office. You thrive in a changing environment, are flexible, and can easily rearrange and prioritize tasks according to the day's needs. Examples of tasks:

• Logistics: Receive and handle goods and packages, pack and prepare internal transports, and assist with freight within Sweden and abroad. The work combines administrative and operational tasks.
• System management: Work in several internal systems for registration, orders, and follow-up.
• Light janitorial work: For example, changing light bulbs, handling waste bins, hanging shelves, and moving furniture.
• If necessary, drive to the client's sites in places like Kista.

The position is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be based at the client's office located in central Stockholm. Work is as needed on weekdays between 07:30 – 16:00 or by agreement, with an immediate start.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are studying a post-secondary education or have another occupation of at least 50% that you can verify
• Experience in service work
• Good system proficiency
• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Forklift license is a plus
