e-motions is a technology-driven specialist company in automation based in Jönköping. The company develops and delivers software and hardware solutions for automated logistics – primarily for the rapidly growing e-commerce sector.
Through in-house developed products and a strong network of industry-leading partners, e-motions creates smart, sustainable, and profitable comprehensive solutions. The technology streamlines order management, increases delivery precision, and reduces costs – while seamlessly integrating with customers' existing systems.
The business is characterized by quality, precision, and long-term customer relationships. With around 30 employees and a turnover of approximately 100 million SEK, e-motions is on a clear growth journey – with the ambition to continue growing sustainably through technical excellence and commercial development.

Your Role Focus
As the CEO of e-motions, you have overall responsibility for strategy, business, organization, and results. You are a business-driven and commercially oriented leader with a good technical understanding. Uniting market, product, and technology for long-term growth is something you are passionate about.
Your mission is to:
- Create a clear business and growth strategy.
- Anchor a strong business and customer perspective in all parts of the organization.
- Drive strategic business development in a technology-intensive environment.
- Lead complex project and development initiatives with multiple parallel tracks within technology, market, and business.
- Establish effective working methods for project management, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with clear business value.
- Lead and develop the organization through change, innovation, and growth.
You have full P&L responsibility and are responsible for ensuring that e-motions' strategies are translated into concrete results with clear follow-up and transparency.

- Experience in strategic business development in technology or growth companies.
- Strong market and customer understanding.
- Documented experience in project sales.
- Understanding of project management and project control.
- Experience in digitalization, innovation, and technical development environments.
- Ability to scale organizations and develop commercial processes.
- Experience in change management and culture development.
You are used to representing the company externally towards customers, partners, and other stakeholders and have the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a businesslike and market-adapted manner.
