Our client is a technology-driven specialist company with high-tech expertise and strong innovation capacity that develops and delivers software and hardware solutions to customers in technology and industry-related environments.

The business is characterized by quality, precision, and long-term customer relationships where the ambition is clear: to grow sustainably through technical excellence and commercial development. The company is located in Jönköping County, has a turnover of approximately 100 million SEK with around 30 employees, and is part of a larger group.

Focus in Your Role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for strategy, business, organization, and results. You are a business-driven and commercially oriented leader with significant technical knowledge. Uniting market, product, and technology for long-term growth is something you are passionate about.

Your mission is to:

• Create a clear business and growth strategy.
• Anchor a strong business and customer perspective in all parts of the organization.
• Drive strategic business development in a technology-intensive environment within a SaaS company.
• Lead complex project and development initiatives with multiple parallel tracks within technology, marketing, and business.
• Establish effective working methods for project management, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Ensure timely delivery, within budget, and with clear business value through structured project management.
• Lead and develop the organization through change, innovation, and growth.

You have full P&L responsibility and are responsible for ensuring that the company's strategies are translated into concrete results with clear follow-up and transparency.

• Experience in strategic business development in technology or growth companies
• Strong market and customer understanding
• Thrives with customer relationships and has a passion for customer value
• Documented experience in project sales
• Understanding of project management and project control
• Experience in digitalization, innovation, and technical development environments
• Ability to scale organizations and develop commercial processes
• Experience in change management and culture development

You are accustomed to representing the company externally to customers, partners, and other stakeholders. You have a clear ability to communicate complex technical solutions and projects in a business- and market-adapted manner.
