We are now recruiting, on behalf of our client, a competent passenger car mechanic for an established workshop in Hisingen. The position is long-term and involves direct employment with the company.

At our client's, you will be part of an engaged team that values collaboration and professionalism. The work primarily involves modern passenger cars, which means you need to feel comfortable with digital troubleshooting and handling today's technologically advanced vehicles.

As a mechanic with us, you will work with both daily maintenance and more advanced interventions, such as:

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics using modern diagnostic systems
• Service work and repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• More extensive work such as timing belt changes and other major repairs
• Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Scope: Full-time

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a solid background in automotive technology who takes pride in their profession. You likely have a technical education in automotive technology or have built up equivalent skills through practical work over several years.

You are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks, but you also appreciate being part of a team where you collaborate and support each other. As a person, you are structured, solution-focused, and meticulous in your work. You also enjoy customer contact and feel comfortable in a role where tasks can vary from day to day.

For the position, you are required to have:

• Several years of documented experience working with passenger cars
• Good experience in troubleshooting and more extensive repairs
• Driver's license for manual transmission
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles is considered an advantage.
