About the role

You will be one of three people in our warehouse team where you actively work together with your colleagues while leading and distributing the work. You ensure that inventory management, goods dispatch, goods receipt, and deliveries are carried out efficiently according to guidelines and that order and tidiness are maintained. You handle complaints and transport damages and plan for incoming goods and home deliveries.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for our warehouse and the team you work with. You enjoy order and tidiness and are passionate about development. You can see what needs to be done and what needs to change, and you have the ability to engage your colleagues. We are constantly working to streamline warehouse operations and optimize logistics processes, which often involves new technical tools and changed working methods.

We can offer varied tasks in a stimulating work environment, with room for initiative and development.

You report to the store manager.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leadership within warehousing, logistics, or service
• Is goal- and results-oriented with a business focus
• Has a coaching, clear, and attentive leadership style
• Is passionate about customer interaction and long-term customer relationships
• Is decisive and confident in making decisions
• Has good physical ability and enjoys an active job

The position

Permanent full-time employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.

Working hours include evenings and weekends.
