Joint Service is looking for new service-oriented employees in the cleaning department!

We are now looking for you who want to work in a development-oriented organization with high cleaning quality and service in cleaning unit 3.
Your role with us
In the role of coordinating cleaner, you will independently coordinate cleaning within unit 3 under the leadership of the unit manager. You will collaborate with other coordinators and colleagues in cleaning to create a good working environment with high and consistent cleaning quality as well as uniformity within the cleaning department.
Your task is to plan, coordinate, and lead the daily operations of cleaning within unit 3 and to serve as the contact between the work group and the unit manager. Some routine cleaning tasks may be included in the role as needed. Working hours start at 06:00.
Your responsibilities include managing temporary staffing in case of absence. You will work with the cleaning department's digital operational support Clean Pilot and plan cleaning while supporting the cleaners in using the system. You will manage cleaning-related deviations and also introduce new employees, including temporary staff. Your responsibilities also include ordering materials and cleaning agents as well as handling feedback on cleaning and other customer contact.
If necessary, you will collaborate with and assist colleagues in other units within the cleaning department.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service and experience in management and coordination within cleaning. If you have any type of cleaning education, such as SRY, PRYL, or equivalent, it is an advantage, as is experience with cleaning machines and/or cleaning robots.
You have a completed high school diploma and a B driver's license for manual transmission.
We want you to have the ability to orient yourself and read blueprints to find and plan work within premises and between different cleaning objects. You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Your computer skills are good, and since we use a digital operational support system, Clean Pilot, for daily registration of cleaning tasks and for our long-term improvement work, it is an advantage if you have experience with this. In our digitalization journey, the goal is also to work with more cleaning robots to improve both the work environment and quality. Courage and interest in trying new technical aids are therefore desirable.
You are responsible, which means you have the ability to independently plan, set goals, anchor, drive, and achieve results within your area of responsibility. You can see the big picture and the needs of the entire operation, foresee consequences, and remain objective.
You create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally, and collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions. By showing interest and understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate. Furthermore, you are required to have a situationally adapted approach and be development-oriented with a focus on solutions, opportunities, and development based on the needs and conditions of the operation in balance with laws and regulations.

As an employee with us, you will be part of a team of 25 cleaners. Our workplaces include Spängerskolan, Näsby/Gamlegårdsområdet, Krinova, Söderportgymnasiet, and other schools/kindergartens in the vicinity. We also clean meeting places for care.
The cleaning department's customers are found in all municipal operations, primarily schools and kindergartens, but also libraries, recreational facilities, care facilities, office spaces, various staff areas, public toilets, etc. The cleaning department consists of 5 units with a total of about 140 employees. We actively work to create a good working environment for our employees and to deliver modern and effective cleaning of high quality.
