Team Leader Wanted

We are now looking for our new colleague as Team Leader at the office in Malmö.

As a Team Leader, you have an incredibly important role. You are the face of the company, and you are the coaching educator who welcomes and trains new Service Assistants. You support the team members and ensure that everyone has the space to develop and grow. Since the Team Leader also performs some operational work as a Service Assistant, your team knows that you always understand them and their everyday life.

You will also work with quality monitoring and some administration. The operational work as a Service Assistant (cleaner) is an important part of the position, which makes you and your team closer and gives you all an understanding of each other's work and daily routines. The amount of time you spend on operational work depends on the size of the team and the office. Some Team Leader tasks can be performed at the office, but largely you will work out in the field, close to your team and your customers.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues.

A good Team Leader is someone who:

• enjoys training and coaching

• is pedagogical, responsible, and meticulous

• enjoys working both independently and in a team

• is engaged and positive

• is driven to provide the best possible service to our customers

• has good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• has a B driver's license and access to a car

• has previous experience in cleaning

About the position

Primarily, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, but some weekends may also be relevant.

The team currently consists of several Service Assistants, as well as other Team Leaders and a few office staff. Together, you work to become just that – Better Together.

Location: Home Office Malmö

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.
