The Community Building Administration is responsible for catering and cleaning, development, urban planning and building permits, parks and green areas, streets, water, and waste. Here, over 300 employees work together to make Ystad a great municipality to live, work, and thrive in.

We are made up of a fantastic group of 70 dedicated cleaners who strive for perfection in every little detail. You will be an important part of our team, and you will never be alone. Our four experienced team leaders are ready to assist with daily planning and guide you through every step. Additionally, two committed unit managers are here to support and inspire you to succeed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your task is to transform every surface into a sparkling clean and inviting place. By using cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners and wet mops, you will create workplaces that truly inspire.

You will clean spaces such as schools, offices, and restrooms.

You are employed by Ystad Municipality and as a part-time employee, you will cover for your colleagues during instances of sickness. This means that you may be at different units throughout the municipality, not just in the central parts of Ystad. Your flexibility as a part-time employee makes you indispensable to our team, and we look forward to creating brilliant results and welcoming spaces together!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• You have at least one year of documented experience working as a cleaner.
• You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

It is advantageous if you have a driver's license. It is also beneficial if you have SRY certification and PRYL certification.

For us, the most important thing is that you have the will and drive to work as a cleaner. You should be flexible, cooperative, and enjoy both working independently and in a team. Even if you do not meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply for the position. It is important that you are not unfamiliar with various cleaning tasks and your strength lies in seeing each assignment as a fun challenge. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
