Your Mission
As a unit manager at the Swedish Migration Agency, you will have the opportunity to lead a unit in constant development and change where improvements and long-term thinking are a natural part of everyday life.

You have full responsibility for personnel, budget, and work environment and lead your unit by being present, supportive, and decisive. You identify, together with your employees, areas for improvement, create structure and conditions for participation, and drive a culture of accountability and development.
Who are you?

You are proactive and systematic with the ability to organize, implement, and follow up to deliver against set goals. You have a strong analytical ability and the capability to see the whole picture, which allows you to make well-founded decisions even in times of change. You are confident in yourself and demonstrate good judgment, while also creating engagement and building good collaborations. Your leadership is characterized by clear direction, empathy in meetings with others, and courage in decision-making.
In our work as civil servants, there are also high demands for judgment and a strong awareness of security and confidentiality.
