You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring that the business is conducted with high quality, service, efficiency, and cost awareness. Furthermore, you are responsible for information dissemination both within your own group and towards other employees in the unit. Through dialogue, you create conditions for employees to be able and willing to take responsibility for their assignments, goals, and competence development.

You will have close cooperation with the other group manager and the unit manager to develop work methods and employee engagement.

You find it easy to collaborate, build good relationships, and are used to leading and motivating professional and independent employees.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.
