BERGNÄSET is now XERVON Ställningsmontage AB.

For nearly 40 years, we at XERVON have contributed to efficient projects for industrial, power, infrastructure, and construction companies primarily in northern Sweden. Regardless of how long, time-critical, or complex projects we have undertaken over the years, we have always done our utmost to meet our customers' high demands for safe and efficient deliveries. Through thousands of projects, we have built long and close customer relationships. Among our more than 700 customers are major players such as LKAB, SSAB, and SCA, as well as local property companies, regions, and municipalities.

XERVON Ställningsmontage is growing, and we are now looking for a leader for our team in Luleå and Piteå. With many new assignments for construction and industrial customers, we are taking the next step in the region.

Your Responsibilities

In addition to leading the daily work with staffing, logistics, and material planning, you will help ensure good quality in our delivery and effective working methods. Our goal is to be Sweden's safest scaffolding company, which means we place high demands on a structured approach and genuine safety awareness among all our employees.

You will lead and coach our teams in Luleå and Piteå, which currently consists of about 50 employees together. Your mission will also be to continue developing our organization and, not least, drive our local sales efforts. You will have your own personnel, budget, and result responsibility and report to our regional manager in Northern Norrland. Travel is included in the position.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working both operationally and strategically. You are a self-driven, goal-oriented, well-organized, and positive leader with the ability to engage. You are skilled at nurturing customer relationships and enjoy doing business. We prefer that you have a post-secondary education as well as experience in contract management and construction law. You likely come from the construction industry, and experience in scaffolding assembly is a plus. Most importantly, it is who you are as a person; there are opportunities for development with us. A B driver's license is a requirement.
