XL Bygg Hans Anders operates a building materials trade at six locations in southern and central Skåne (Malmö, Skurup, Veberöd, Höör, Ystad & Simrishamn). We are a family-owned company currently run by the fifth generation and have been in existence since 1850. We have about 90 employees and our turnover in 2025 amounted to approximately 336 million SEK.

XL Bygg Hans Anders has been a member of the purchasing and marketing organization XL-Bygg for many years. XL Bygg is a service company for independent building retailers with 100 locations across the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you driven, service-oriented, and interested in warehouse work? Do you want to be part of our wonderful team? Then you might be the one we are looking for to fill the position of warehouse salesperson at our location in Veberöd!

General about the role:
In Veberöd, we are a small but cheerful staff of 7 people, and as a warehouse salesperson, with the support of the Site Manager, you will help drive the daily operations of the warehouse.

The position includes tasks such as:

  • Order registration
  • Forklift driving
  • Restocking of warehouse locations
  • Receiving goods
  • Picking
  • Loading and unloading of transport vehicles
  • Minor carpentry services
  • Inventory.

In addition, we help each other maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and also perform maintenance on the property, machines, and vehicles.

Since we have an open warehouse, the position also involves customer contact. Just like in all our operations, we help each other where needed, which means you will also learn about store and cashier work.

Working hours follow our rotating schedule with shifts Monday - Friday between 06:20 - 18:10 and Saturdays from 08:50 - 14:10.

The position is a temporary contract for 7 months, from April 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with a good chance of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a person with good energy who can contribute to a positive atmosphere among colleagues and customers. The right candidate has at least a high school education and several years of experience working in a warehouse or in sales/customer contact, preferably within the construction industry. To fit in with us, you are flexible and see value in delivering top-notch service. You should also feel comfortable communicating in English.

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse work, preferably in the construction industry
  • High school education
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Forklift license (B1 counterbalance)

Meritorious:

  • Experience in sales/customer contact
  • Worked in our business system TRYGG2000
