About the role

As a team leader with us, you play a key role in our operational activities and are responsible for our warehouse operations. The work is operational and encompasses the entire flow – from goods reception to delivery. With order, efficiency, and quality, you handle our customer orders correctly and on time. The role is physically demanding and suits those who enjoy practical work, take responsibility, and create structure even when the pace is high.

Your tasks

- Forklift driving, picking, packing, repacking, and quality checks

- Booking of freight and handling of returns

- Ensure effective, safe, and structured working methods in warehouse operations

- Requisition materials for operations

- Coordination and responsibility for warehouse staff and work environment during peak season

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You have a strong work ethic, work independently, and contribute to a positive collaboration in the team. You enjoy structure, take initiative, and are motivated by improving and streamlining working methods.

Our brands are seasonal, which means periods of high workload and periods of lower pace. During quieter periods, we work on preparations, improvements, and streamlining – something you enjoy.

We believe that you

- Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Have previous experience in warehouse work

- Enjoy structure, routines, and quality focus

- Have experience leading or coordinating others (meritorious but not required)

Requirements

- Valid forklift license

- B driver's license

- Good computer skills

- Approved background check
