When you step into our office and warehouse in central Malmö, you are greeted by dedicated colleagues and a family-like, supportive work environment. You will receive a thorough introduction and shadow an experienced employee who will teach you our routines, systems, and working methods.

A typical workday involves picking and packing orders, ensuring the correct handling of products, and making sure that each package meets our quality standards. For us, accuracy, structure, and responsibility are crucial.

The position is part-time at 50% and ongoing. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully pack and prepare customer orders
• Pick goods according to order documentation
• Ensure that products are handled correctly and that packing meets high standards
• Receive and manage incoming deliveries
• Maintain order and structure in the warehouse
• Inventory and ongoing control of stock levels
• Stay updated on the product range

We are looking for someone who

• Is meticulous and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and works in a structured manner
• Has good computer skills
• Has a high school education

• Can speak and write Swedish fluently

Desirable experiences

• Warehouse or logistics work
• Experience in packing or order management
• English or Danish in spoken and written form

• Start: Immediately
• Extent: Full-time / Part-time
• Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: Murmansgatan 120 21225, Malmö
