Purchasing Administrator for Growing Car Dealership – Immediate Start

We are a car dealer focused on buying and selling used cars. In just four years, we have built a young, modern, and rapidly growing company with high ambitions. Our journey has just begun, and we are a company to reckon with in the coming years within the used car market.

We are now looking for a Purchasing Administrator who wants to become an important part of our continued growth.

About the Role

As a purchasing administrator, you will work closely with our purchasing department, which currently consists of 5 people. The role is administrative but very operational, where you are responsible for ensuring that the logistics around our car purchases operate smoothly and efficiently.

You will be a key person in the contact between purchasing, drivers, and customers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Have daily contact with our drivers who pick up cars
• Plan and book travel (train, bus, and flights)
• Instruct and train our drivers
• Develop and improve our testing and purchasing process
• Contact customers and schedule pick-up times for cars
• Ensure that the logistics around our purchases maintain high quality

You can say that you will be responsible for our drivers – without being a personnel manager.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is not a requirement, but is considered a merit. The right attitude and willingness to learn are the most important.

Additional Information

• Working hours: office hours, weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00
• Employment type: fixed salary, 6-month probationary period with transition to permanent employment
• Development opportunities: very good – both within purchasing or by being part of building new sub-departments
