About the roleAs an agricultural salesperson at Staffare AB, you will actively engage and build relationships with both new and existing customers by identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions that make a real difference. You will lead the sales process from the first contact to closing, proactively work to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, and always strive to meet set sales targets.
You will perform careful calculations and assessments to offer customers competitive prices and profitable solutions, where your analytical ability ensures that all offers are both attractive and economically sustainable.
You will work closely with professional farmers and contractors in the region and become an important advisor in their investments. By understanding the customer's production, seasonal needs, and profitability requirements, you can offer the right solution at the right time.
You will be responsible for the sale of both new and used machinery, as well as for the purchase and assessment of the condition and value of used machinery. This requires a good understanding of the market and technical aspects. With a strong focus on being out with customers, you will have the opportunity to receive direct feedback and better understand their specific needs on-site.
Your profileWe are looking for someone with sales experience, preferably in the machinery industry. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks, with a strong drive that motivates you to always strive for results. You are communicative and have an easy time building relationships, which allows you to quickly gain the trust of customers. You enjoy working independently in the field while being a team player who finds it easy to collaborate with others.
Requirements for the position- Driver's license B
- Work experience in B2B sales
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in machinery sales
- Experience in agriculture or agricultural machinery
Start date: By agreement.
Employment type: Permanent position where you will be employed directly by Staffare AB.
