JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a bus driver with us in Västerås!

Driving a bus is a fun and flexible job for those who enjoy customer interactions.

As a bus driver, you will meet children, teenagers, and adults who all have different wishes for their journey. It is a given that you drive the bus with safety and precision. Equally, you are the company's face to the public, with a positive and loyal demeanor, aiming to always provide our travelers with the best service and a pleasant and safe travel experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed as a bus driver with us, you have:

• formal training in bus driving (D-license and YKB)
• driven a bus in the last 5 years
• good ability to understand and express yourself in Swedish, especially verbally.

As a person, you are service-oriented, accommodating, and solve arising problems smoothly and constructively. You enjoy meeting new people, big and small, and adapt your way of expressing yourself and relating to them according to the situation and person.

Of course, you are a safe driver with good judgment as critical situations may arise where you can quickly adjust to new conditions and changed circumstances. Fundamentally, you are a calm, secure, and stable person who meets others in a respectful and professional manner. You ensure that others feel welcomed, well cared for, and safe.
