ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a nursing assistant to Brännbergsvägen 14.

Brännbergsvägen 14 is a special accommodation for elderly people with cognitive impairment, where our main mission is to create the best possible quality of life for those living with us. We work every day to ensure that our residents feel seen, confirmed, and treated with professionalism, respect, and warmth.

With us, you will be part of an engaged team with various professions working together towards a common goal – to put the resident at the center. In this role, you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for creating a safe and meaningful everyday life. This means that you contribute to our residents experiencing security, participating in stimulating activities, and feeling that life with us is rich and valuable.

Within the area of support, care, and nursing, we work to make full-time work the norm. When more people work full-time, better conditions for continuity, quality, and equality are created - both in work and private life. To enable full-time work, flexibility in the organization is required. This means that you, as an employee with us, may work in different units within our area of operation as needed. YOUR PROFILE

We believe in the right competence in the right place.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent competence. It is advantageous if you have experience in elderly care and dementia care. To succeed in the tasks with us, you should be good at documenting and communicating in both speech and writing. You should also be able to learn to handle different data systems.

As a person, you should have the ability to adapt in your work and prioritize according to current conditions. It is important for us to start from the resident's perspective, and therefore we are looking for someone who is good at listening and understanding individual needs. You see the workgroup as an asset for support and exchange of experiences, while also having the ability to independently take responsibility and drive your work forward. You should have a positive attitude that radiates to your surroundings, where you see opportunities instead of obstacles. It is important that you can listen, communicate, and meet your colleagues in a professional manner.
