We are looking for someone who wants to be a support in everyday life to increase the quality of life in adulthood. A support to maintain and develop independence and abilities in users with disabilities.

The user lives in a house in Hentorp close to nature, which contains four apartments as well as a common room, patio, and garden. You need to enjoy both working alone and being part of a team.

As a personal assistant, you provide support and help the user create security in their daily life. You need to be caring, empathetic, attentive, and curious. You also need to be calm and resilient in situations where challenging behavior may occur. It is advantageous if you have experience with autism and cognitive disabilities. We would also like you to have experience with low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods.

The most crucial aspect is your commitment and that you have a genuine interest in contributing to an increased quality of life for the user in their daily life. Additionally, you should be proactive and able to work creatively and develop solutions.

The position is 80% and the schedule consists of day and night shifts. Double assistance occurs every weekday.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

Start date for introduction is negotiable, preferably immediately.
