About the Company

Gustafssons Rör is part of the Comfort group, one of Sweden's leading installation chains. The company offers everything in plumbing – from installation and service to energy-efficient solutions for homes, businesses, and properties in Umeå.

The company currently has a turnover of approximately 58 million SEK and consists of 27 employees in Umeå. The culture is simple, personal, and characterized by short decision-making paths.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the company forward after the current CEO, who has built the business for over 20 years. The role entails overall responsibility for business, personnel, and results. You are expected to take over where the current CEO leaves off and continue to drive the company in the same spirit and with a corresponding direction. In the long term, there is also an expectation of increased growth and development of the business.

• Lead and develop the business with responsibility for finance, results, and strategy
• Create and nurture long-term customer relationships and drive sales and business
• Be responsible for personnel, work management, and daily operations
• Ensure that the business maintains quality, profitability, and stability
• Work with calculations, follow-ups, and business decisions
• Identify improvements in work methods and profitability, especially within the service business
• Collaborate with the group and report to the board/management within Comfort

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone who is business-driven and confident in a leadership role, while also being unpretentious and able to meet people in a straightforward and simple manner. You need to be able to communicate with both customers and installers and build respect through presence, clarity, and keeping promises. You are a relationship builder who wants to move forward but also understands the importance of stability, culture, and doing the right things in the right order.

We see that you have:

• Experience in leadership, preferably within the construction/contracting/installation industry
• The ability to drive business and create customer relationships
• Good understanding of finance and profitability
• Driver's license B

As a person, you are business-minded, unpretentious, and hands-on. You are secure, stable, and build trust through clarity and good relationships.

It is advantageous if you have a background in plumbing, experience in contracting and calculations, and if you have previously worked in a larger installation company or within consulting.
