We are a modern company from Gotland focusing on new construction, primarily of residential buildings, but we also operate in the renovation and maintenance sector (ROT). We carry out total contracts, where we take full responsibility for design, planning, and functionality. Our specialty is construction using prefabricated concrete elements manufactured by our sister company, Wisby Byggelement AB. Wisab is a company that guarantees quality, safety, and efficiency.

Due to increased volumes in 2026-2027, we are now looking for an experienced site manager who wants to take the next step in their career.

About the Position

We are looking for a site manager in construction who wants to play a central role in our projects. As a site manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the daily work on the construction site. You will ensure that the work is carried out according to schedule, quality requirements, and applicable safety regulations, and act as an important link between the production manager, subcontractors, and employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and distribute work for skilled workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, work environment, and efficient production
• Maintain ongoing customer contact and contribute to good relationships
• Plan resources such as personnel, materials, and machinery
• Follow up and work according to laws, agreements, routines, and Wisab's policies
• Contribute to a good work climate and a well-functioning team
• Handle certain administrative tasks

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education of two years or longer in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology
• At least 2–5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in a leadership role
• The ability to plan, organize, and make decisions
• A secure and engaging leadership style
• An interest in developing both yourself and others
• Good computer skills
• Proficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B and access to a car
