The Role of Site Manager
We are looking for a site manager with experience in construction, where you will have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility. We work in teams where your role is to engage and motivate through participation.  

In collaboration with the site manager, you will plan and lead the projects forward, follow up on schedules, allocate resources, document daily work, and ensure that we keep our promises. You will actively contribute to the technical and economic implementation of the project and lead and allocate ongoing work. You will participate in the development of schedules, check your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members. In your role, you will work closely with a site manager, which means that you will continuously develop in your role and gradually take on greater responsibility.

About Nybergs Entreprenad AB
At Nybergs Entreprenad AB, approximately 70 employees work, and in addition to our CEO, we have two project managers who, together with their teams and specialists, drive development and projects forward.
Nybergs Entreprenad AB has a turnover of approximately 200 million SEK and is part of Civil South East within the Infrastructure business area at NCC.

Your Profile as Site Manager
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a technical education in construction or equivalent experience from construction and land projects. It is an advantage if you have some connection to Gotland.

Additional Information  
The position begins with a 6-month probationary period with a placement on Gotland at one of our exciting projects. As part of NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on final candidates. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a driver's license. Several of our projects require SUA classification.
