We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, customer interactions, and sustainable choices. We are seeking someone to work in the bakery during the summer months of June to August. Previous experience in a bakery/pastry shop is preferred. As a baker/pastry chef with us, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, inspire, and develop – both as a baker and as a colleague.

As a baker/pastry chef, you are a key person in the daily operations of the store. You take significant responsibility together with your colleagues for the bakery's production and presentation, driving sales, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives. You contribute to shaping the store's results by:

• Creating the best customer experience with culinary joy, inspiration, and world-class service.

• Producing bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies, and presenting them in manual displays.

• Initiating and driving improvements that enhance profitability and efficiency.

• Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant working environment.

• Actively working with sustainability – both in product range and in daily operations.

• A workplace where sustainability is a given – for both the planet and people.

• An inclusive climate where your ideas and development are taken seriously.

• Varied working hours – day, evening, and weekend – so we can be there when our customers want to shop.

We are looking for someone with an interest in baking or previous experience working in a bakery. You are a team player with drive, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for the customer's needs. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are advantageous.
