🌟 As a vocational teacher in bakery/confectionery at Kunskapscompaniet adult education, you will be responsible for the entire teaching program together with your colleagues. The education is a labor market training conducted on behalf of the Employment Service, which means you will work closely with participants to prepare them for the job market.

🌟 You will plan, prepare, and conduct lessons in accordance with the instructions and applicable regulations, as well as our internal guidelines and policies.

🌟 The teaching includes both theoretical and practical elements, and you should be competent in both areas.

🌟 The position also includes procurement, planning, and follow-up of APL placements, where we hope you will contribute with your network within the industry.

✔ at least 1 year of professional experience in your teaching area (Baker and Confectioner) full-time,

✔ at least 2 years of experience in teaching adults in the vocational field full-time (high school, municipal adult education, and/or labor market training) within the last 6 years.

✔ A natural leader who is outgoing and values everyone's differences.

✔ Friendly and empathetic, with an easy ability to build good relationships with participants and colleagues.

• Employment type: Permanent, full-time with vacation. A probationary period applies.

• Start date: By agreement.
