Your job with us

As Site Manager at Ryds Bilglas, your most important task is to lead your team in providing excellent service to our customers. You are responsible for the daily operations in the workshop, which includes planning, leading, and distributing work, and you work both administratively at the customer reception and practically in the workshop. An important part of your job is to ensure that the workshop's sales follow the established budget and that upselling is prioritized and follows the plan.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday, 7-16 and 8-17

We are looking for someone who is:

• An auto glass technician or has experience in similar work and leading teams.
• Driven, service-oriented, and confident in leading, inspiring, and developing your team to exceed our customers' expectations.
• Has administrative experience from previous work. Knowledge of the Cabas system is a plus.

You are a team player and ensure that you help each other to make the work function as well as possible. You are structured and meticulous, and you are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with sometimes rapid changes. You are relationship-building and have good communication skills, which makes it easy for you both in your role as team leader and in your interactions with our customers.

Requirements

• Driver's license B (manual transmission)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• At least two (2) years of experience working as an auto glass technician or similar work such as car mechanic, car painter, or car body repairer

Meritorious

• Experience in a previous service profession
• Completed an automotive-related education
• Experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of the Cabas system
