Do you have a passion for craftsmanship, quality, and people? We are now looking for an experienced bakery manager who wants to help develop our own bakery and pastry shop – one of the store's most important departments.

About the position:

As a bakery manager, you will have overall responsibility for a department with approximately 15 employees who deliver freshly baked bread, pastries, and confectionery products of high quality every day. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure an attractive assortment, high quality, and efficient production.

Your main responsibilities include:

· Leading, coaching, and developing your team in daily operations

· Responsible for scheduling and staffing planning

· Quality assurance of production, hygiene, and work environment

· Actively working with assortment, production, and waste goals

· Ensuring a good customer experience and well-stocked shelves

· Recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up of employees

· Budget and result responsibility for the department

We are looking for someone who has:

· Experience from bakery/pastry shop, preferably as a leader

· Knowledge of food safety, food hygiene, and computer skills

· Previous personnel responsibility, including scheduling

· A natural ability to create engagement and good team spirit

· Drive, sense of responsibility, and a genuine interest in pastries and quality
