About the position

As a surface finisher at Alba Snickeri, you will play a key role in production, where you are responsible for applying and ensuring high-quality surface treatments on wooden products. Your work includes sanding, priming and painting, lacquering, and quality control of the finished product.

You will collaborate closely with the production team and ensure that all surfaces meet the company's high standards. The role also involves responsibility for workplace safety and handling chemicals, as well as contributing to improvement work and optimization of surface treatment processes.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience in surface treatment within carpentry, the wood industry, or similar fields. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in lacquering, painting, or other surface treatment of wooden products.
• Good knowledge of different types of wood and surface treatment materials.
• High school education or relevant technical training, or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to work meticulously and structured with a high attention to detail.
• Experience in teamwork and following production routines and safety regulations.
