About the position

We are looking for two experienced bakers specializing in Oriental bread baking, such as pita bread, tannour bread, samoon, manakish, and other traditional breads from the Middle East.

You should have a good understanding of the manufacturing process from scratch – from dough preparation and fermentation to baking in a stone or gas oven.

Requirements and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working as a baker, preferably with a focus on Oriental bread production.
• 
  
• Knowledge of ingredients, dough mixing, and traditional baking methods.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality and hygiene.
• 
  
• Language skills in Swedish or English are an advantage but not a requirement.
