Eterni is looking for boat builders with experience in interior installation and assembly on boats for Västervik.

Our client Windy Scandinavia Boats in Västervik is seeking boat builders. As an employed boat builder at Windy, you will work in Västervik and be part of a team of skilled and competent boat builders. The well-known WINDY boats are built in the modern and well-equipped production facilities in Västervik on Sweden's east coast, as well as in Ostróda and Slupsk in Poland. The produced boat models range from 26 to 60 feet - WINDY Sport Series and WINDY SR Series Chase Boats & Yacht Tenders. In 2028, production of a new model, Windy SF77, 77 feet, will begin.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The work mainly consists of assembly, installation, connection, and commissioning of all equipment on a boat. To qualify for this position, you should have experience in boat assembly. You must be able to handle power tools and perform installations on boats with high quality.

Formal requirements:

* At least 2-3 years of experience as a boat builder or equivalent competence.

* The position requires very good knowledge of and extensive experience with all installations on a boat.

* You can understand and communicate technical issues and use the content of drawings.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The job as a boat builder/carpenter is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. After 6 months, there is a great opportunity for direct employment with Windy. If you live outside commuting distance, there may be an opportunity to work weekly and go home on weekends. We may also be able to assist with accommodation.
