PropTech Energy is a group of nine innovative and expanding companies including Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS operation and maintenance, JFK, and KEAB. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual targeted efforts, entirely based on customer needs. We are located in about 30 places across the country and have a total of approximately 700 employees.

Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson at Axcell Fastighetspartner, you will be responsible for driving and developing sales work with a focus on growth, profitability, and long-term sustainable business. The role involves actively working with both strategic and operational sales efforts that strengthen the company's position, create stable finances, and contribute to successful and long-term customer relationships.

In the role of salesperson, you will among other things:

  • Actively approach new customers and develop existing relationships for increased growth
  • Participate in quote work, pricing, and negotiations
  • Follow up on sales targets, budgets, and profitability
  • Be involved in the development of sales work and strategic activities
  • Contribute to strategic and operational activities that strengthen the business

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Documented experience in contract sales of services to the corporate market and organizations
  • Good understanding of budgets and results
  • Work experience in the real estate industry
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good knowledge of Office
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
