We are looking for two dedicated and service-oriented employees for our food truck located next to the reception at our golf facility. The business currently serves lunch, burgers, sausages, and simpler dishes. We plan to expand the business to include alcohol service.

The work involves a varying pace with both individual guests and group bookings related to the golf activities.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and serving of simpler dishes
• Cash handling and customer interaction
• Planning and managing group bookings
• Menu planning as needed
• Cleaning, dishwashing, and responsibility for hygiene routines according to current regulations
• Contributing to a pleasant and professional environment for our guests

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant, café, or similar service profession
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Good service sense and responsibility
• At least 20 years old

Meritorious:

• Experience in menu planning
• Experience in handling larger bookings or events
• Knowledge of food hygiene
• Experience in alcohol service
• B driver's license

Other

Working hours vary and include weekends.

Salary according to agreement.
