WHO ARE FRAM?

At FRAM, we are convinced that working in a restaurant is the world's most fun job. The energy, the colleagues, and the guests. Working with food and drink, we believe, beats dull office jobs and tired administrative work in every respect.

We are a personal staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and see companies and staff a bit differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are passionate about this. For real.

We have several hundred employees, a dozen at the offices - we are doing great.💪

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has established itself here in Stockholm for real since 2023 with several seasoned colleagues in the office who know the industry in every respect.

We are investing heavily and intend to become the unequivocally best employer for us industry professionals in the hotel and restaurant sector. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious places, and we choose who we work with. Our clients range from nice neighborhood restaurants, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and conference facilities. The common denominator is that they are reputable workplaces, with whole and clean kitchens, a good level, and a great atmosphere.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will be employed by us at FRAM and work at various locations across the city. Sometimes you may work at several different workplaces in a week or take on a long-term assignment at the same place. You will receive job proposals in good time, you go out and work for our clients, and you get paid by us. Quite straightforward. We see our job as a craft; we at FRAM are the best at what we do.

We have noticed a higher demand for good places just outside Stockholm early in the mornings that need good people. You can get there by public transport, but if you have your own means, it’s quick and convenient. Of course, you will receive full mileage compensation from us for your travel to and from work.

You have complete freedom in how you want to work. Only daytime weekdays? No problem. Want to work only evenings? Absolutely. Want to always have certain days off each week? We can arrange that! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT!

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to work, and what type of cooking you want to work with (no bullshit). Everything else is pretty much as you think, and we will dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here on Västmannagatan.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who wants to be a crucial piece of the puzzle for golden assignments with a permanent position after a couple of months of probation or extra work if that’s what you prefer with top pay.

FRAM is looking for someone who is whole and clean, has a few years of experience as a chef, cold kitchen staff, or sous chef, and knows most things. You don’t need to be super experienced or have worked at a star restaurant, but your knives should be sharp and your shoes quick.

With us, you rarely sit in the shit, but you should be able to handle a micelista and understand how things work here in the city whether you want to work at a nice lunch spot, a flashy banquet dinner, or something hardcore a la carte.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is quite skilled at their job, and most importantly - everyone who works with us is good people. We don’t have any slackers, no annoying bosses, no one screaming or tired folks with us. We don’t take just anyone, and it’s not easy to get a job here.
