We are seeking employees to strengthen our operations in Oskarshamn during weeks 28-32.

Make a difference with us

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance for our clients and become part of a team that manages daily operations. In addition to handling maintenance requests, residents and clients order smaller services such as repair tasks in apartments and premises. Ongoing communication with residents, clients, and contractors is therefore an essential part of the job. You will also handle the purchasing of consumables and maintenance of your own work equipment.

The position of property caretaker is varied and allows for freedom under your own responsibility. Your daily tasks include:

• Standard maintenance after maintenance requests
• Troubleshooting
• Managing daily customer contacts

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with your colleagues and your group manager.

We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our clients, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to organize your work effectively.

You have a high school education and/or vocational training with a focus on property management or maintenance. Experience from trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing is a plus.

As computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position requires a B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a seasonal position (a summer substitute) full-time during weeks 28-32. The placement is in Oskarshamn, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
