About the job

We are looking for someone who wants an exciting and developing job.

Job responsibilities

You contribute to good care and support for users in their homes. You will work with individualized care. This may include social and physical activities. In your work, you will assist the user with health and medical interventions as well as rehabilitative measures prescribed by licensed personnel.

A permanent care contact is part of your work, which means you have a special responsibility for one or more individuals. Your work also includes ongoing documentation and responsibility for implementation plans.

Who are you

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks with the user's best interests in focus and is keen to complete started work. You have the ability to take initiative, create trusting relationships, and can work both independently and in collaboration with others.

Requirements:

• Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023.
• Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.
• Driver's license.

Meritorious:

• Care and nursing college diploma.
• Experience in similar work and/or education in dementia.
• Experience in documentation.

Other

• You will work scheduled hours such as days, evenings, and weekends. The position is a permanent employment at 100%.
• Your primary workplace will be the Järpås home care unit, but you are employed in the entire Social Welfare Sector of Lidköping Municipality, which means that work may occur in several different units.
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
• Selection will occur continuously during the recruitment period.
