We are looking for nursing assistants for Kopparsvanen elderly care home!

As one of our departments is being transformed into a dementia-oriented unit, we are now strengthening our staffing and seeking more dedicated employees who want to work nights at our elderly care home Kopparsvanen 1-7 and contribute to safety and care during the quieter hours of the day. Our goal is to deliver quality services through good planning with both the user and the employee in focus.

Your responsibilities

As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for planning and executing care work at the Kopparsvanen elderly care home 1-7. A central part of the role is to assist users with personal care such as hygiene, dressing, and meals. You are also responsible for creating safety and providing social support. Your tasks also include observing and reporting changes in health status and managing alarms and emergency situations. The work requires a high degree of responsibility, independence, and good collaboration with colleagues.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has previous experience in care work and delegated tasks. We would prefer you to have prior experience working with dementia.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are flexible, attentive, and have good communication skills. We expect you to have a professional working style characterized by a positive approach with the individual in focus. You find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy the variety of each day.

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment with a 73% employment rate. The work is conducted at night and involves night shifts. Start date according to agreement.
