The role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant & Aide with us

In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each care recipient's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional approach, as well as planning and executing daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the care recipients.

For us at our care and nursing home, this means that we provide each care recipient with the care and support they need, based on individual needs and approved decisions, with great responsiveness and commitment. Your profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your tasks effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation. The schedule includes day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected job title.
