Position: Bicycle Knowledgeable Order Administrator in Tyresö

About the job:

We are now looking for someone who wants to help take our customer experience to the next level. As an order administrator with us, you are a very important cog in achieving the company's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. You love working towards results and, of course, have a burning interest in meeting our customers in the best way possible, ensuring they receive their goods on time. You are good at prioritizing and organizing while being able to collaborate and find new strategies to develop the structure around your work area. You have well-developed multitasking skills, can identify and act on discrepancies, and always have the customer's best interest in focus. You are a reliable and trustworthy person who can see projects through, both individually and in a team. You communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

Receiving goods, stock management, freight booking, and order handling

Monitor product flows and ensure that customers and workshop staff receive the products they have ordered

Assist at the checkout and for customer service to varying degrees depending on the day's administrative load

Maintain ongoing dialogue via email and phone with customers and suppliers regarding discrepancies

Structure and control daily operations

About you:

To succeed in this role, you are an efficient and structured person with a high sense of service. You are meticulous and used to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility. You express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a personal interest in modern bicycles and a basic knowledge of them, and you appreciate meeting customers physically or via phone/email.

You have:

Experience in a similar role within order management and customer service is advantageous.

Basic knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts.

Good ability to work individually or in a team.

Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects.

Collaborative, attentive, and communicative.

Basic knowledge of systems like Excel and similar. Good computer skills.

You can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing (Swedish and English).

A sense of order and tidiness.

The ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are an efficient person who can handle a sometimes fast-paced environment.
