Warehouse Employee / Coordinator Wanted at Nords International AB

We are looking for a driven, structured, and reliable warehouse employee to Nords International. In this role, you will work operationally in the warehouse while also having a coordinating function for the team, focusing on our improvement efforts.

The position is scheduled for daytime hours from 07:00 to 16:00.

About the Role

As a warehouse employee and coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the daily operations in the warehouse. You are an important link between logistics, transport, and administration, where structure, quality, and collaboration are crucial.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Coordination of daily warehouse operations and improvement initiatives
• Transport bookings and freight handling
• Invoicing related to transports
• Packing, labeling, and stock replenishment
• Goods reception and inspection
• Assembly of connections
• Ensuring quality, order, and efficient flows in the warehouse

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in warehousing and logistics
• Has natural leadership skills and enjoys a coordinating role
• Is quality-conscious, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Has good structure and the ability to prioritize
• Enjoys working both practically and administratively

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience with the ERP system Monitor
• Forklift license
• Basic knowledge of English
