Your workplace

We are open 24/7, all year round, so you need to be able to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Your tasks

Our mission is to book and coordinate journeys so that they are as environmentally friendly and cost-effective as possible for society. With us, you make a difference for individuals, communities, and the environment.

Our introduction includes training for 5 - 7 days that provides you with a solid foundation in customer interaction, regulations, and our booking system. The training takes place on-site in Munkfors, and you will primarily book transport services.

There are good opportunities for continued work as a substitute after the summer.

Your skills and competencies

Our customer group includes the elderly and people with disabilities, so you need to have a genuine interest in service and a willingness to help others. We work with real-time customer service, which means you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently while still being thorough. We place great importance on personal suitability and that you have good teamwork skills and are flexible.

You must be at least 18 years old, have excellent knowledge of Swedish, and be able to hold a conversation in English, as well as have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with people in a service profession.
