Finnish-speaking childcare worker for the preschool SVERIGEFINSKA SKOLAN I STOCKHOLM AB

Sverigefinska Skolan in Stockholm is a bilingual independent school. In our school, we have a preschool as well as grades F-9 with two parallel bilingual classes. The premises are centrally located at Fridhemsplan.

The preschool has 69 children divided into four departments, two for younger children and two for older children. Our language in preschool is Finnish, with Swedish used as a support language.

*Job Description:

You will work as a childcare worker in a team with two other colleagues. Each department has both childcare workers and preschool teachers.

Quality, community, and joy lead our work. Together, we create a safe, educational, and motivating environment for all children and educators.

Your mission includes planning, driving, developing, and evaluating the educational work together with the other educators in the team.

Your tasks also include working with your team based on the curriculum and our jointly set goals.

*Qualifications:

You have documented qualifications as a childcare worker and preferably experience working in preschool. You speak and write Finnish and Swedish.

You are social, secure, and responsible.

We want you to be curious, creative, and engaged with the children and their learning.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with children, guardians, colleagues, and management.
